What is a Habitat ReStore?

The Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet that sells new and used building materials and household items.

New and like-new items are offered at 50% below 'big box' original retail prices (bring an Ad or web listing of your desired item).

Used items are offered up to 75% off original retail value.

Obviously used items are offered up to 80% off original retail value.

Where do we get our merchanise?

From local businesses with excess inventory, contractors with materials they couldn't use, and people with household items they hope someone else can benefit from.  All donors get thank you letters so that they may be able to take tax deductions based on fair market value ( (SCHFH is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization).  We are not tax advisors, so please refer all personal tax questions to your tax advisor before making a donation.
